Prep yourself by going over the below checklist of items to prep yourself to vote confidently.
The pandemic made quite a few people change their addresses. Check here to see if your information is up to date. October 19 is that last day to register to vote.
Since I live in California, I am posting the guide that is relevant to California. You can download or view online the Official California Voter Guide here.
Civil discourse is a good thing. There is an organization called Make America Dinner Again that focuses on hosting civic discourse around the dinner table. Check if there are virtual events happening near you.
Or you can host your own dinner around the issues. Read and ask each other questions. Prepare mentally.
It is recommended mail in is better this year to minimize social distancing and COVID exposure. The State of California has made the decision to make all ballots mail in whether or not you specified mail in.

All ballots will be sent out beginning October 5. Keep an eye out in your mailbox.
Get out there and vote, and earlier the better.
